Exceptional

Excellent hotel with stunning views...

Liked: Lovely spacious room, comfortable pillows and bed. Nice to have a fan available, as temperatures were high in Eastbourne. I appreciate the little fridge, the water, large TV, bathroom accessories, including shampoo & conditioner, which is handy for travellers arriving to UK. Gorgeous views downstairs in bar and restaurant. Hope to visit again.
Disliked: There are several flights of stairs and fire doors to negotiate.Breakfast was quite slow (20 mins and I was sole customer!) there was nothing extra such as fruit, toast, cereals etc to eat while I waited.

Liked: Stylish minimalistic design, great view, great people, good breakfast, deluxe sea view room is worth the price 100 times
Disliked: Nothing

Good hotel, family room is...

Liked: Location is great.
Disliked: The room is in the basement (-1). The price is too high for sleeping in a dark basement.

Nice location, but very dark...

Liked: Nice location, close to the sea; Cheap parking right at the street in front; Modern facilities and interior
Disliked: The rooms shown on the pictures are bright and light-flooded; In reality, the room (exactly the one from the images! - family room) is in the basement and super-dark!

Great hotel and location.

Liked: The hotel is located in a great location. The staff is super friendly. The rooms with the sea view are beautiful.
Disliked: The basement rooms. The decor is great but I personally don’t like basement rooms.
