A sleepless hot night in...

Liked: Poor building design so that the room was overly warm with little natural ventilation; that combined with an old saggy foam-topped mattress all led to a night of barely any sleep.
Disliked: The overly warm room and soft bed.

Good option for Eastbourne

Liked: I was there for a conference - the options in Eastbourne aren’t that great, there’s a lot of drab dated hotels. This one is modern and has a decent energy. The staff (David especially) are great.
Disliked: Our view was back facing which is pretty ugly, I presume front facing are much nicer. No sirconditioning.

Beautiful stay

Liked: Clean, modern and friendly staff. Great location in front of the beach as well as easy free parking.
Disliked: No fault of the hotel, stayed during the summer at the top floor hotel room and it was very hot which can’t be helped, there was an electrical fan in the room you can use which was good.
