Liked: Sophie is a gem-I felt right at home from the moment I stepped into the house. The house is gorgeous and it’s an easy (and beautiful) walk to downtown. We ended up skipping many of the activities we had planned in Wilmington because we had more fun hanging out with Sophie at her home. Breakfast was delicious and made to order. You certainly won’t go hungry here!
Disliked: That we had to check out.

Liked: The home felt very warm and welcoming.Sophie is a very kind and friendly hostess. The rooms are comfortable and well stocked with anything you may need.The house was decorated for Christmas and really put you in the spirit.. Excellent breakfast, waffles were the best we have ever tasted.We will definitely be back.If you want the best fruitcake you ever tried, stay at Christmas time,you will not be disappointed.

We had a true home...

Liked: The house was adorable and we were immediately welcomed and made to feel like home!! Sophie and Daisy Mae were WONDERFUL hosts. Breakfast was cooked to order with ridiculous quantities and Sophie was all about ensuring we had what we needed. Very home like environment.
Disliked: Would be nice if downtown was walkable but it was just a short drive away.
