This felt like a home,...

Liked: It really is a home from home. We were the only guests and so had the choice of rooms! We went for the one with the en suite bathrooms but all of the rooms are exquisite. The Green Room is so comfortable. Come hungry - the amazing hostess, Sophie, makes the most amazing breakfasts which defeated me totally but were wonderfully tasty, and when you arrive she offers you drinks and snacks which will affect your supper intake later if you aren’t careful! Nothing is too much trouble for her, and she is a mine of information on what to do and see. We left with the utmost reluctance this morning. A rare find. What a lovely lady.
