Liked: Perfectly located on a popular street of tapas bars, in the evening one can hear music wafting up until 10 pm. Staff was amazing, decor charming and large very clean room.

A perfect place to visit...

Liked: The hotel is located downtown, at a walking distance from the Albaicín and the Alhambra districts as well as the restaurant area. The staff is really nice and delivers plenty of helpful advice to help you organize your stay.The rooms are nice, spacious and well equipped.

Disappointing

Liked: The hotel was very central and the staff were very helpful and friendly.
Disliked: The pillows were too large and firm and we could not get comfortable at night. We arranged to be at the back of the building as the front overlooked the restaurants and we wanted a quiet location however the rear overlooked the back access to all the restaurants and the noise from these was very bad both late into the night and in the early morning with deliveries as the sound echoed loudly in the narrow lane. The breakfast was disappointing after reading the reviews. The extremely thin slices of pineapple were inedible. The cooked food was not kept hot enough. The coffee was of poor quality.
