Perfect location and lovely staff....

Liked: Perfect location. The hotel is right next door to the ABBA museum and across the street from Grona Lund (but we didn’t experience any noise in the evening). It’s also a stone’s throw from Skansen, Vasa, the Viking Museum and the ferry over to Gamla Stan. The staff were all lovely, breakfast was gorgeous and we also had a meal in the restaurant which was great. It was nice to relax in the bar in the evening with our 9-year-old and play cards. The area is really relaxed and there’s so much to do within walking distance - we were glad we stayed here with the option of a quick ferry ride over to the old town, rather than the other way round.
Disliked: Would have liked to be able to make a coffee in our room. You have to book breakfast so we didn’t feel like we could be spontaneous in the mornings, but it’s only a small restaurant area so this is understandable.

A Perfect location, incredible staff...

Liked: Loved the convenience of the location to all sight seeing options and also the access to public transportation. The hotel staff were incredible and very friendly! They truly went out of their way to provide us with whAtever we needed. The staff even packed our breakfast to go because we had an early departure.
Disliked: The shower/bath tub combo is difficult to get in and out of due to the height.

Liked: The location, breakfast, interconnecting rooms.
Disliked: Rooms were noisy, rather hot even with door open, small room size

Liked: Very nice hotel with a great location. Wonderful staff.
Disliked: I wish it had proper AC, but I understand why. When I was able to let the cool air in from the floor to floor windows at night it worked just fine to let the cool air in.

Liked: The hotel is located in a great area, surrounded by many attractions and entertainment options. The interior is uniquely designed, giving the place a special charm. We also enjoyed the breakfast options.The hotel staff was helpful and professional. Our special thanks go to Vaidrius for his outstanding service during our stay. From the first moment, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely warm in his communication. His positive attitude and professionalism made us feel truly welcome and comfortable. He is a real treasure for the hotel!The warm and positive attitude of all the staff made our stay very enjoyable. Thanks to everyone for the excellent service!
Disliked: In my personal opinion, the beds were a bit softer than average — but of course, that’s a matter of individual preference.
