Disliked: There was pump of some kind in our room which kept on turning on and off. There was also two large units below our windows which kept on turning on and off. They were annoying.

Lovely stay.

Liked: Staying at this hotel for our 3rd year wedding anniversary and I must say it was brilliant. We were a little early for check-in but our room was ready and we were able to go in. The room was spacious with lots of amenities and decorated very well. The hallways were very well kept. Once settled we used the shower, which was a rainfall shower and was quite powerful and very refreshing. Afterwards we popped to the bar and checked that out. Drinks were very reasonably priced and a lot of variety. My wife went for the french rosé and I had a beer which was on tap, can't remember which but I think it was Estrella. We then ordered an Uber to the restaurant we had reservations at.We arrived back after our meal and we went straight through to the bar and had another drink....or two. Once my wife went back to the room I asked if they had a certain drink but they were out and was offered an alternative and it was very nice and credit to the staff who mentioned the alternative. Once finished I went back to the room. The bed was lovely and comfortable.Woke up feeling a little bit worse for wear but not too horrid as I had to get to breakfast (which was included in the price) breakfast was lovely, greeted by staff and sat down in the dining room. We were asked for tea and coffee and then we went up and grabbed a plate and the food was there for the taking. There was a choice of juices and cereal. We went for a hot breakfast and there was everything you need for a decent breakfast including two types of eggs. Finished breakfast in the gardens with our coffee soaking up the atmosphere and the quietness and then went to check out. Very lovely hotel and very reasonably priced, would definitely recommend and will be coming back again.
Disliked: Few more cheeses on the continental and croissant could have been warm.

Liked: Excellent hotel. Comfortable, clean and really relaxing. Great people and facilities serving lovely countryside. Definitely recommend. We love staying here and will be back as soon as possible.
