Couldn't fault anything, we would...

Liked: Quiet, clean, comfortable, excellent breakfast, staff friendly and helpful. We had an issue with our room on arrival, which the lady on the desk sorted out very quickly, and was very apologetic - excellent customer service.
Disliked: Nothing really - oh, avoid the A12 if you can!

Lovely hotel, incredible staff

Liked: All of the staff were lovely, we felt very welcome, room was great size, nice big bath sheets, cot provided and an extra bin for nappies which was so thoughtful!
Disliked: Room got quite warm but there was a fan so wasn’t too bad

Stunning hotel

Liked: Beautiful setting with stunning grounds. The bedroom was spacious and tastefully decorated. The bathroom was ultra modern.
Disliked: No air conditioning but a fan was provided. Disappointed the swimming pool was closed due to maintenance.

Great friendly hotel in a...

Liked: Very friendly and accommodating staff at the hotel. Nice food and amazingly spacious bedroom with large bed. Breakfast buffet was good. The use of the spa was free and although a little outdated in terms of decor, it had all the facilities you could want, was very clean and the staff very friendly. It’s not for exclusive use by hotel guests so booking in advance is recommended.
Disliked: Nothing to complain about.
