Almost perfect…Excellent property!

Liked: Spacious room and right next to a river makes for a cozy, relaxing atmosphere. 5 minute drive from downtown. No housekeeping service on a four night stay and no contact with the front desk (they are barely there) keeps it from being a 10/10.
Disliked: No housekeeping and lack of front desk availability.

Liked: Great location , staff did a great job with communication. Room was clean.
Disliked: Rooms did not have air conditioning or a window to leave open at night. Rooms need to be updated, a bit worn.

Terrific Stay

Liked: Just the perfect getaway for several days. Being on the river, swinging in the hammock, having a fireplace lit at night, great staff, roomy with comfy beds, close to many restaurants. Loved it.

Liked: The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, Aspen the lodge dog was extra great!The property is beautiful and has great amenities: playground, multiple lounging options next to the river, hot tub and eating/grilling areas. Even though the property is next to the road, you don't realize it once you're there and don't hear the road which was very nice! Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.Bonus: The water pressure in the ponderosa room shower was fantastic!
