Liked: Good food in restaurant, easy access from motorway
Disliked: We arrived on 2 motorcycles, having been offered secure under cover parking. It was secure but not under cover. However, we were then told that the area is high risk for motorcycle theft. The secure motorcycle parking area is only large enough for around 5 bikes, but on our first night, they allowed in 11 Harleys, which meant we could not get out in the morning until others had removed their bikes. Friends in nearby hotels were told the same about motorcycle theft.

Nice friendly hotel

Liked: Dinner good. Breakfast less so. Kettle in room always welcome. We arrived on motorcycles and they offered us a small locked enclosure due to previous motorcycle thefts from their car park. Very secure
Disliked: Next morning many more motorcycles were in the enclosure, blocking us in and preventing us from leaving early.

Great

Liked: I stayed at PoMo as my son had a ski accident and was in the hospital sud which is opposite the hotel. The staff were so kind and helpful to me during my stay and helped me organise things for my son, helped me around Grenoble etc. The breakfast was nice with plenty of choice - they supplied me with gluten free bread which was great. All in all the hotel was perfect for my stay at such a stressful time alleviating a lot of my worries. Thank you.
Disliked: My room was mainly very clean and nicely decorated, however the floor was really dirty in both the room and the bathroom. The receptionist did help rectify this.
