Disliked: Lack of towel hooks to hang towels, sofa bed was twin size, shampoo and soap were very earthy smelling and needed to use so much to get it to suds up

Liked: Wonderful staff, great breakfast, clean and comfortable room. This was our second stay and there will be more.

If we did not have...

Liked: The desk staff was welcoming and helpful. Breakfast was great, except they needed more people to clean up after people left their tables. The young girl working was trying her best, but she put the juice containers in the wrong place in the juice machine, so customers were getting water only. Also, only paper plates were available, which are hard to cut a waffle on. The location is awesome, room was clean. The water slides and pool were great.
Disliked: We have stayed here a few times prior to this visit, but this time we were disappointed about several things. The elevators were filthy, not a welcoming gesture for sure. Our room was small for a King Deluxe Suite with an air conditioner that would not stop rattling, we had to unplug it to get some sleep. The sofa bed was so small, when we opened it up for our grandchildren to sleep on, it was a single bed only. One of them ended up putting two chairs together with a pillow to sleep on, the second night we made a bed on the floor. Not ideal for the cost of the room. Our bathroom sink would take forever to drain, even a small amount of water. We told the maintenance man about it when we saw him in the elevator, said he would stop by, but he must have forgot as he never did show up. Those bathroom lights, and lights in general, are so dim! The mirror light helps, but lighting is not desirable at all. Across the hall from us, there was a little dog barking for hours which the front desk told us the customers had been notified. Not sure why a pet room is in the middle of the hallway among non pet rooms.

Birthday night away with kids

Liked: Staff was friendly, remembered it was my birthday, and made the effort to ensure we knew they were available for anything.The room was comfortable and clean with comfortable beds.The breakfast was wonderful, including 2 types of berry sauce, syrup, whip cream, and sprinkles for the waffles. The breakfast staff was on top of everything that needed refilling or tidying. The pool and waterslides are ideal for families. They were freshly cleaned. The pool is shallow, and the hottub has a sightline of the facilities. The waterslide land in their own shoots, not into the pool.
