Liked: The friendly staff. They were exceptional in assisting us.
Disliked: The shower door needed attention, and the lift was not always operational.

Disliked: Lumpy pillows, they should invest in new pillows.

Liked: Everything was good and as expected. Location is great, a short walk to the beach and plenty of restaurants nearby.
Disliked: Room felt a bit outdated, but clean enough overall.

Great location near Waikiki

Liked: The location is terrific - on the main shopping/dining street and a short walk to the beach. Staff were friendly. Room has fridge and microwave.
Disliked: Our room faced the street and it was noisy with traffic. Arrival details should be sent with the confirmation and staff should be trained to better explain if people call to ask. We had a hard time finding the hotel. It's just a doorway on a busy street with a small sign. We drove past it twice. When I called to ask how to find it they said it's across the street from Burger King, but failed to say where to park to check in. If you turn right just past the hotel there's a loading zone (if available) where you can park temporarily. Then you park a couple of blocks away at a paid lot after checking in and receiving a parking pass.
