Was a good stay just...

Liked: Speedy check in and out.
Disliked: I got some type of skin irritation or bites from the room.

Disliked: The fact that there was roaches

Disliked: The hotel room was clean, but the bed was very soft, the pillows weren't good, and all the room accessories like the remotes, refrigerator, and door locks were ugly and worn out. They should improve by replacing everything. There was a lot of dust, and the pool didn't look clean. There wasn't enough parking for all the cars. Poor customer service at check-in, they were rude.

Liked: Location was great and the room was fine.
Disliked: We had the penthouse and it was nice to look at but when we tried to wash dishes it was flooding the floor because the pipes were not connected. And also the balcony was leaking water all day everyday so tanning outside is out of the question. And at checkout they charged me $25 fee because we left dirty dishes in the kitchen. Really how we gonna wash dishes with half a sink

Disliked: Check in was suppose to be at 4:00 but our rooms were not ready until about 8:00. Parking was hectic.
