Was bad very disappointed, the room we had was in the basement had to walk through a puddle of water to get to it every elevator smelled very unpleasant and the room wasn't very clean at all my kids didn't want to stay there so I left I would definitely read reviews next time instead of going by pictures!!

Disliked: I wish I would have taken photos! The room was so wet upon check in the ceiling pant was falling off EVERYWHERE. As you sleep it’s falling on you. We had to go buy cleaning supplies to keep the floor clean and the paint off it. The balcony door was broken, there was a screw laid next to it and a little metal piece. The toilet paper holder was even broken. The tv in the room had been hit and busted so it had a black blob on the screen and where there was so much water damage it had lines running down through it. They give you a stove but only one burner worked. Not to mention the staff is just rude and the property smells like fermenting crap all the way around it

Disliked: It wasn’t the cleanest. Our ceiling leaked and had to be moved to another room, twice. We will not be going back.

Very disappointed and can’t believe...

Liked: Not really anything I was very disappointed
Disliked: The room was dirty didn’t look anything like what I pick out on here. Roaches and floors messed up. Walls dirty and paint messed up. No shower curtain. Coffee maker all rusty and nasty. Supposed to be ocean front and not at all. The check in clerk was rude and inconsiderate and told me nothing. Not where room was located, elevator or nothing. Pool needed maintenance done to it ladder broke and my granddaughter almost fell off of it and got hurt. Top step was completely loose . I don’t know how any of it pasted inspection

Disliked: It was dirty on the outside perimeter ppl smoking pot in parking garage where my kids had to walk through and there was paint chipping in our room

Great location but maybe check...

Liked: Great location and the staff was nice. Plenty of space for my family and we were able to sleep comfortably.
Disliked: It could use a little renovation. I booked 1 month in advance hopping to get a decent discount but it still ended up around $434 for 2 nights. My sister booked a couple days in advance at the same hotel for 2 nights and she got a side view and same room space for less that $400. I’m happy for her but not me. Need better pricing if you’re booking 1 month in advance.
