Liked: Price
Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, loud teenage kids playing ding dong ditch on random doors including ours. Broken glass doors. Hidden reservation fees and security deposit. Horrible rock hard beds

A really bad experience

Liked: This time I was very unhappy
Disliked: The room I got smelled bad. You could smell people smoking. My booking was for a pool view which I did not get and I paid extra for that. Water indoor and outdoor were really cold. Room had red stains on couch and stains on bed sheets. There was an empty cup under one of the tables cleanliness was horrible. I have stayed at this hotel many times first time I was very disappointed.

Good

Disliked: Smelled funky, not many pools, & outdoor pool was dirty

Exceptional

Liked: The amenities
Disliked: The guest on our floor were loud and screaming at all hours of the night. Each night we’ve been here. So other than hearing that all night, we had a great stay.

One big disappointment, they need...

Liked: Size of the room was decent, location was good. Besides that really nothing else good
Disliked: In the 5 nights we were there the outdoor Waterpark wasnt open once, indoor was only open twice. Can tell by the appearance of the place that at one time it was great and probably one of the better places in the dells, but I would do everything to avoid it now.

Bad

Disliked: The hotel and grounds were extremely run down. Almost looking condemned. None of the grounds were mowed or kept. Broken screens and shattered door with tape keeping it together. My kids socks were black from our room. Multiple pools were not working. They asked for a $20 early check in fee, we arrived at 3, check in was at 4. I will be surprised if this hotel makes it to the end of the year.

Liked: Rooms were very clean, shower pressure was good. Variety of pools made the stay worth it for the kids
Disliked: Checking in was a lot, was told to do it virtually but still had to do it in person, (virtual seemed pointless for that reason), staff checking me in were unfriendly, but changed their tone to speak with other coworkers just fine.checking out, were told to just drop card keys on a basket up from and received a text if we left yet an hour before checkout. Chairs in the room were wobbly and squeaky when in use. Requested rooms next to each other, got a room next to some other family that kept messing with the locks, while we had our family 3 rooms down from us.
