Liked: The price and location. Room is clean and has all is needed.
Disliked: Room is small and the studio room provides a sofa bed.

Liked: Excellent customer service! Staff went well beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable! I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: From the Strip, it was hard to identify the driveway to enter the property.

Liked: Our tour guide for the grand canyon, Mr. Ted. Cant remember his last name but i think it started with a B. He said hes been doing the tour for about 4 yrs i think. He was very informative and super nice and friendly. All the employees that we encountered at the hotel was super nice and friendly. We went to two shows. Criss angel and the michael jackson one cirque du soleil.The minimart downstairs came in very handy. The gym had excellent equipment as well and the gym desk people were very helpful as well as the workers at the front desk area. I would love to come back there with sime friends and my dad.
Disliked: Wish they had eggs at the minimart and a little arcade area for kids. But other than that, every thing was excelente!

Disliked: Check in staff trying to push me into buying additional holidays, although otherwise helpful

Disliked: All the bags of dirty linen in the hallways, it was very tacky.

Disliked: Durong my 2 days they did make up the room. Not enough towels or lotions and shower gel.

Liked: Location was good, just off the strip. Room had a kitchen area so if you wanted to avoid paying high Vegas prices for food you could.
Disliked: I don't think housekeeping went to my room everyday. This could be because it was a Studio room.
