Liked: The room I stayed in was spacious and clean, with high ceilings and large windows. The staff were professional and welcoming, and check-in was smooth.
Disliked: One suggestion for improvement would be to install air conditioning in every room. During warmer days, the rooms can get quite hot, and having AC would make the stay much more comfortable—especially in the summer months.

Liked: The Pollera Hotel was in a wonderful location for seeing all the sights of the city. It is an older style property in a beautiful old building right opposite the Theatre. Just a short walk to all of the wonderful things to see in Krakow.I was welcomed every time I entered the building by the reception staff who were willing to always assist in any way. Recommendations for local restaurants were very good. Breakfast was buffet style filled with cereals, fruits, cold meats and hot dishes along with coffee and juices. There was no air conditioning in my room however a fan that definately cooled the room down.
