Located in the charming village of Wistow Pointers Guest House is located just 10 minutes' drive from Huntingdon. Surrounded by 15 acres of award-winning landscaped gardens the peaceful property offers free WiFi access in public areas and free parking in the walled courtyard. With a garden view the rooms provide a flat-screen TV with a DVD player tea and coffee making facilities and a seating area. Featuring a shower private bathrooms also come with a hairdryer and a bathrobe. In the mornings Pointers Guest House serves full cooked breakfast. Dishes are prepared using fresh locally sourced or homegrown produce from the onsite orchard fruit garden and greenhouses. Honey eggs and preserves are produced onsite and the traditional sausages are handmade by a local butcher. Featuring a garden and barbecue facilities Pointers is just a 20 minutes' drive from Cambridge Peterborough and Ely. St Ives is home to a guided bus service offering easy access to the cities. The guest house is on the edge of the Great Fen one of the largest wildlife developments in Europe. Dogs are welcome to stay in the property's purpose-build kennels.

Couldn’t find a word to...

Liked: Land lady was kind and breakfast was good in the morning.House was clean and tidy.
Disliked: On our previous year, host lady welcomed us, our stay was good that’s why we wanted to stay there again. However, we weren't happy with host David's imperious attitude towards us on our arrival this time. I had head ache whole night owing to his attitude.

Liked: I love the property amazing staff always polite, free cot available on request and helped when needed as well, will definitely be using again me and my 1 1/2 year old was happy

It suited us very well...

Liked: The rooms were lovely and spacious. Nice quiet location. Very nice breakfast. Everything clean and comfortable.

Lovely Guest House and Grounds!

Liked: We had stayed here in 2021 so we knew the property. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. The owners are very helpful. Full English breakfast is very good and sets you up for the day. The house is in 15 acres of land which the owners have developed over the years into an award-winning conservation "park". You can walk around at least some of it, but we have yet to do that as we have only stayed in winter!

An very good night stop...

Liked: A great overnight stay in a really exceptional bedroom. Delicious breakfast with smoked trout that had been caught by our host.
Disliked: The place and the welcome we received couldn't have been better. Unfortunately, good evening meals tend to be a few miles drive away. Ok in summer but tricky in winter on narrow fen roads.

A quick one night stay...

Liked: Charming property just outside the village of Winston. The hosts were very accommodating and the rooms were lovely.
Disliked: No real comments for improvement
