Inside, you'll find cozy rooms with free WiFi, large bathrooms, and in select rooms, views of the Manhattan skyline.
The hotel also offers a 24-hour front desk, a fitness center, and an optional shuttle to Times Square, making it a convenient hub for your NYC concert adventure.

Why Concert-goers love it

Concert fans appreciate the easy access to major venues like Barclays Center (just 1.4 miles away) and the fact that the subway is only a 10-minute walk, meaning late-night returns from shows are a breeze. The location is quiet enough for post-show recovery, and the hotel offers a flexible 3 PM check-in to give you time to settle in before the music starts.

While there’s no on-site bar or live music at the hotel itself, the surrounding Williamsburg area is a nightlife hotspot, with tons of bars, lounges, and music venues just a quick subway or Uber ride away. For something more low-key, the hotel’s peaceful vibe is a perfect retreat from the buzz.

What People Say

Liked: Hotel desk staff was very helpful and nice. The place itself was quite comfortable to stay in.
Disliked: Cleaning services never came to take the trash out - its accumulation could have been avoided.

Liked: The room had a small kitchen with a microwave, electric stove and even 2 sinks, but no kitchen utensils. The air conditioning was on when I arrived, so the NYC summer heat didn't disrupt my comfort. There is a good grocery store across the street with fresh, warm cooked food that we visited several times during the stay.
Disliked: The elevator was a nightmare, but that wasn't the hotel's fault as the electricity was weak due to the air conditioning running throughout the city.

Affordable, clean, and was a...

Liked: The room was huge, was not expecting the suite with separate living and bedroom. It was clean and very comfortable. The front desk help went above and beyond to help us navigate to Manhattan on the subway. Absolutely fantastic service, so friendly and very helpful.
Disliked: Breakfast was not good. It was very limited which is fine. However, the bagels were horrible. If that is the main breakfast item, highly suggest you provide a better bagel. I got a bagel with cream cheese, took a few bites and threw mine out and I love bagels.

Pleasant - 3.0 out of 5

Acceptable. The location isn't ideal...

Liked: The room was clean, the bed comfortable, and the location decent. The staff was very nice, friendly, and accommodating! The breakfast, while limited in selection, was free, and tasty!!
Disliked: The shower valve turned all the way round, and it was hard to figure out where the hot water was. The elevator button for floor 3 was broken, and so you had to hold down the "close door" button to get the door to close. Since it didn't work, the elevator never went to 3. I had to go to 4 and walk down a flight of stairs, not ideal for my knee. Also, the chair in my room was broken, which I discovered when I tried to sit in it to watch a movie. The breakfast was quite limited, but since it was free, I'm really not complaining. It was tasty.

Excellent

Liked: I loved how clean it was. I loved how polite everyone was. When I checked in they even gave me a free water bottle; The big one not the regular size water bottle. Also 2 buses stopped right on the corner from the hotel which made it easy to travel and be able to have easy transportation. Also another 3 blocks from the hotel another bus was accessible.
Disliked: It was nothing to complain about.
