Liked: Hotel desk staff was very helpful and nice. The place itself was quite comfortable to stay in.
Disliked: Cleaning services never came to take the trash out - its accumulation could have been avoided.

Pleasant place to stay!

Liked: We very much enjoyed our stay here even though it was only for one night. The front office was so kind and helpful. We had a quadruple room with lots of space. The kitchen area was so nice!! Breakfast was very basic but filled us up before heading to the airport. Would recommend this place! It?s a good deal!

Awesome hotel in awesome area

Liked: Room was very spacious and comfortable. High ceilings which made it feel even bigger. Basic kitchen facilities. Easy bus access to Brooklyn and other areas. Very safe area within the Jewish community of Brooklyn. Staff very kind and friendly always happy to help. Breakfast was good (basic) but adequate. Stayed 9 nights and would book again if in Brooklyn.
Disliked: Breakfast room very small and only one small (2 slice) toaster. On our second last day the toaster was broken so no alternative. They did replace by our last day but still a small one. Was about 10/15 min walk to closest metro stop (G).

Good

Liked: The room was big and very good. Beds were comfortable, clean towels every day. Check out the bus connections just outside the hotel. Interesting area, felt safe at night.
Disliked: Long walk to the nearest subway, but good bus connections in Brooklyn. The heater/air condition in the room was old and noisy, but that is normal, I guess. Breakfast could be better!

Good

Liked: The staff was nice and kind in general. The room was big enough for 5 adults and it was nice to have a mattress add on the sofa bed to make it more comfortable. The hotel was pretty close to the transportation to go in Manhattan. That was a decent price for the hotel.
Disliked: We were surprised to have a kitchen without any supplies (no plates, glasses, cutlery or cookware) into it. So we have used only the fridge but the cooktop was unuseful. For the temperature we have been struggling with the heating system. The room was big with a high ceiling so we had to use the heating system for a long time to have a nice temperature and the system was noisy. The breakfast room might be easily overpopulated and the choice was limited. It would have been great that the sofa bed was prepared for our arrival, I had to ask them to have the sheets and comforter and I had to do it by myself.

Great

Liked: Large rooms, soft beds, pillows and towels. Relatively close to two metro lines. Overall really great room, exceeded our expectations.
Disliked: We had a bit of noise from the street, mostly due to honking cars (NY atmosphere I guess). Take some earbuds if you're sensitive to noise. Breakfast is really poor, both in choice and nutritional value. Except for milk, apples and hard boiled eggs (that look very unhealthy) there are no sugar free options. Would recommend to buy some yoghurt and fruit in the nearby supermarkets. Another downside is the huge amount of plastic used during breakfast. Plastic cutlery, cups, food that comes in plastic packaging...
