needs a major upgrade and clean . staff and people were nice and did their best considering the state the place is in .

Liked: location is good and bedroom was ok .
Disliked: it was really dirty and smelled bad . its not really a backpackers but more of a half way house for semi homeless people I would imagine . kitchen and bathrooms need major upgrading .

Liked: The staff was very lovely and helpful and went above and beyond . Our room was clean and comfortable and bed was firm. Which was great.
Disliked: The facilities such as the kitchen and toilets are a bit run down. The kitchen was not very clean. The toilet was clean though.
