Liked: good value for money hotel if you are visiting London by yourself, decent continental breakfast and helpful staffonly 7 minutes walk from the Underground station
Disliked: the rooms are small but comfortable

Lovely area, good facility’s, unfortunate...

Liked: The facilities were great, the room had a chrome caster and we could connect our phone to watch Netflix, YouTube ect
Disliked: Bed bugs, after leaving the property me and my brother noticed that we had strange bites on our body. After going to the pharmacy where the pharmacist confirmed it was bed bugs. We contacted the hotel where we had no outcome

Superb

Liked: Breakfast was excellent! Loved the little glass pots of yoghurt, great fruit selection and excellent coffee!
Disliked: It is a small thing but was expecting a washcloth with the 2 towels. I was told you do not have washcloths.

Liked: We knew we wanted to book a room a little away from the central area of London (but still with easy access via the bus and tube), and this hotel was perfect. The area was nice, and my mom and I felt very safe walking around. The room was quiet, clean, and comfortable for our 3 nights spent there. The AC worked well. We added on the breakfast, and we were very glad we did. Staff was friendly, and I would look to stay here again next time I'm in London.
Disliked: This isn't something that bothered us, but the rooms are a bit small. If you're travelling with minimal luggage, that isn't an issue.
