Great place to stay in...

Liked: We liked the location and the amazing staff. Very friendly and comforting. We even got to check in early without and extra charge, they really go above and beyond for customers.
Disliked: For some reason there is no daily housekeeping. It didn’t bother us that much so we didn’t ask for the reasons since we were out exploring the city all day.

Liked: Convenient, affordable but also not budget in feel. When our aircon didn't work the staff jumped to assist and when it wasn't fixed they upgraded us.

Great value for money at...

Liked: Clean room and the breakfast was really good. During check in we were wonderfully helped with some tips about getting around during the public transport strike. The location is great, just under 10 minute walk to Earl’s Court from which you can go basically anywhere. Also super close to Holland Park and Hyde park! Walking distance.
Disliked: We knew upfront there was no window at the room, which while booking we didn’t think it would be such a problem. However, eventhough we did not spend a lot of time in the room, after three days, we felt a bit suffocated and in need of fresh air. Also, some of the girls at reception seemed a bit unbothered with guests and were more interested in their phone.

Disappointing
