Good staff, clean, room too...

Liked: Staff was very good. The room was very clean.The staff listened properly to my information to avoid making up the room or change towels during my three days stay (my environmental concern) and that was positive.
Disliked: What I missed the most was breakfast!! I was recommended the restaurant "Balance", which was reached after about 6-7 min walking (provided some discount) but to get a decent breakfast added about £15 per day....Furthermore, the room was the smallest I ever have had and that was disappointing.

Liked: Very welcoming and friendly staff. Great location to London Eye, London Dungeons, Shrek Experience etc. Great to have complimentary hot drinks and luggage storage. The staff were very helpful and we were able to check- in early as our room was ready. Tube is located only across the road. Couldn’t fault it for value for money.
Disliked: Would have liked another pillow/ blanket.
