We stayed 2 nights and we thoroughly loved it. Our room wasn't huge, but we were only there to sleep, so it was perfect.
Liked: Cleanliness; comfortable room; great staff.
Disliked: None.

Poor
Liked: - close to Kings Cross subway station or the St Pancras International (5-minute walk)- McDonalds, Five Guys and some other restaurants nearby - simple breakfast (bread, sausages, boiled eggs, hot chocolate, coffee, etc)- two lifts (a bit small though, can only fit in two people with one suitcase at a time)
Disliked: - bad cleaning service - poor customer service(1) My room was only cleaned once during my entire stay of 9 days. It was supposed to be cleaned every 3 nights. First, the hotel provided me with the wrong dates of cleaning. When I found out there was a miscommunication on their part, they undertook to arrange cleaning but failed to do so. The rubbish bin was not emptied and the towels were not replaced. The room was smelly. I lodged a complaint through the hotel's email and the messenger at booking.com, but received no response after two months.(2) The staff would lead the guests to the store room to put their luggages. They may wish to consider restricting access to the store room to staff only and ask the guests to wait outside.(3) Do not expect the hotel to offer you any advice on the transport to the hotel when you encounter an underground strike on the day of your arrival. It was announced on the tube website that part of the Piccadilly line (you get from the Heathrow Airport to the hotel by the Piccadilly line) was suspended due to strike but the staff told me the underground service was usual.
