We stayed 2 nights and we thoroughly loved it. Our room wasn't huge, but we were only there to sleep, so it was perfect.

Disappointing

Liked: Great location, close to metro station.
Disliked: 1. No landline phone in the room, you have to go to the reception desk by person.2. No facial tissue in the room, only toilet paper in the bathroom.3. I wasn’t expecting to pay for the luggage when the room is not ready. 3 pound each luggage.4. Duvet cover has been ripped. 5. can’t get hot water through those coffee machines near the reception as they have been locked in the evening.6. Can’t flush the toilet, the staff fixed it by pressing a couple of times harder to get it flush. Seems like a common problem of the toilet system in the hotel according to the staff who have fixed the toilet for us. 7. Won’t do a daily cleaning even ask for it, but you can ask for change towels every day. However, the staff forget to change towels for us even though they put a note saying they would. They will only clean the room three days after you arrive.8. They only provide shower towels, there are no face washing towels.

Great location, great staff, super...

Liked: Staff were extremely helpful and friendly We arrived early for check in at 1030 and room was available Super clean and freshModern and well kept Toiletries in bath roomFantastic location, about 5 minute easy walk from King's Cross train station We walked into Camden too from the hotel and this was only 20 minutes, again an easy walkAttached photos of Camden - definitely a good place to visitCan't comment on breakfast as we left just after 1am for an early flight and were only there one night - there were machines with free hot drinks available in the reception area though
Disliked: Pillows were hard, personal preference I know, but a soft fluffy one as an option would have been niceLatte from the hot drinks machine was unfortunately just not nice and not really a latteNo instructions to operate air conditioning - electronic panel on wall - looked great but couldn't figure out how to use it, so room was a touch warm. We could have asked, and I'm sure the staff would have been very helpful, but we were already ready for bedNone of these impacted enough to spoil our stay, but with these would have scored a 10
