Liked: Nothing
Disliked: Fire alarm in the middle of the night, check-in took ages, should be able to just check in like a normal hotel. Booking.com suggested breakfast was included, but staff said it wasn’t, I said I didn’t want it if I had to pay they said it was okay and then have charged my card after I’ve checked out. Terrible customer service. Air con sounded like a plane trying to take off.

Little Gem.
Liked: Super clean , comfortable, very trendy. Great place to sight see from, DLR is a very short distance away.
Disliked: I would have liked to have tea and coffee in the room as we had to get up, get ready and go to the nearest breakfast place , and I would say the breakfast was expensive compared to the Wetherspoons just across the road.
