Very good

Liked: The beds are confortable and perfect. The breakfast in nice. The staff are very kind.

London treasure

Liked: Great location with only a 10 minute very pleasant walk along the Thames from the tube station. Super friendly staff. We arrived an hour ahead of check in but that was no problem and we got a room upgrade! Rooms are well designed to utilise a small space to a maximum with everything one needs. Powerful shower. Excellent breakfast.
Disliked: Nothing. Can't fault the hotel at all!

Just what we were looking...

Liked: The room was clean and really well set up. It wasn’t big, but it didn’t need to be because everything that was needed was there.
Disliked: Breakfast was quite busy and the tables were close together.just a minor observation and probably down to the fact it was summertime

Very nice rooms and in...

Liked: Very functional bedrooms and clean throughout very impressed
Disliked: The only thing to point out is at breakfast one of the ladies with extremely long braids insisted in having a conversation with one of my direct reports while he was trying to have breakfast , and while everyone was looking on . I approved the expense for the hotel booking so I know it mentioned breakfast . But if there was anything not right , she should have asked him aside for a word, not going on about it in front of everyone as if he was sat there eating and couldn’t be . He’s a discreet person hence felt embarassed. I told her just to charge the card via which the booking was done which is my company’s one . All other staff were great and helpful.
