Liked: Excellent location and value for money. Friendly staff and our room was spotless with air conditioning which was badly needed!

Liked: Has everything I need for a short stay. Clean and compact, great location in Canary Wharf.
Disliked: Room is very compact. OK for 1 person for a short stay, but I wouldn't want to be there with 2 people

Comfortable and centrally located, well...

Liked: From the outside it doesn't look all that but once inside its very well appointed, rooms are comfortable and not too small, would be nice to have water in the room.
Disliked: The hotel is two separate buildings about 100 yards apart, they're also having building works on the main building so bare this in mind when booking. A bottle or two of water would be nice touch.

Liked: It was very central for what we wanted. Also lovely with the bars around the area but also far enough to not be hearing what’s going on outside
Disliked: The only thing that lets it down is there’s not very much space in the room. But on the plus side if you’re just sleeping there it’s a great room!

Good place to stay

Liked: This was picked as a place to sleep it was clean and friendly. No tea and coffee in the bedroom and room was compact. We didn't spend very much time in the room as we were visiting family. Right in the centre of Canary wharf. I would say excellent value for money. There are loads of places close by for food and drink. I would definitely stay there again.
Disliked: No complaints

Liked: Staff where friendly, helpful , our room was a tiny bit noisy , but the staff where brilliant they didn't hesitate in changing rooms Our room was small but exceptionally clean Bed was really comfortable had a really good night's sleep

Perfect location for a short...

Liked: Location was perfect, close to the DLR and tube station. Very close to a Weatherspoon pub for a cheap and cheerful full English breakfast. Then on the flip side close to the more hipster eateries close by too. Point a Hotel has everything you need for a city break hotel room. As you won’t be spending lots of time in the room it was exactly what we wanted.
Disliked: Having a kettle (tea/coffee facility) in the room would’ve been nice. But this was resolved very swiftly because the tea/coffee facility was at the reception/front desk. Staff were very helpful
