Liked: High quality customer service fixtures and fittings and facilities at comparative budget cost.for Edinburgh. Efficient use of computor managent technology and innoative lighting systemin room.
Disliked: For someine unfamiliar with Edinburgh it seemed a suprisingly long walk from the main attractions. I found the basement windowless room small but well appointed....I wouldn't sray in ithat choice of room for more than the one night but Igiven the exorbitant cost of accommodation in the City esp if travelling solo it is a good option.

Very poor value for money

Liked: Very friendly staff, great location close to the congress center where I attended a conference.
Disliked: Rooms were very small with no wardrobe, so luggage had to stay on the floor. Cleaning was only every three days and overall cleanliness was poor (hair on the wall). Heating/AC didn’t work, sink was clogged, and the bed for two(140x190 cm) was old and sagging. Only one folding chair in the room. Breakfast was minimal,no eggs available, just cold hard-boiled ones,and no seats were available the first morning. All that for around €280 per night with breakfast. Disappointing.
