Liked: Hotel was convenient for walking into the city'
Disliked: We paid extra for a room with a window, but we didn't get one, we highlighted this to the staff, but they didn't get us a different room, we were really disappointed

Liked: Warm and welcoming staff. The room was clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable. Excellent air conditioning!! Perfect for a couple of nights visiting the city
Disliked: Would benefit having a small kettle in the room.
