Disappointing

Liked: Everything but the room.
Disliked: The room was over priced and too small. No tea and coffee facility.

Fantastic helpful staff.

Liked: The staff were great as was the location.
Disliked: The room was smaller than I expected for the price we paid and I was disappointed not to have a kettle in the room to make a hot drink.

Rip-off Britain at it's worst,...

Liked: Hotel is very modern and professional staff greeted us. They also helped with parking, which is close by, but by no means easy to acess/locate. Not mentioned, but Hotel is just within the low emmission zone, for which it doesn't appear you can pay for non-compliant cars, you just get fined (and potentially appeal) Hotel is on corner of a busy junction and smaller than anticipated. Walk to City is 20-mins as is to Murrayfield so well positioned.
Disliked: Our Room was a shoebox (we were warned it had no windows), but for £350 (Robbie Williams concert that night), was pure profiteering. Other Hotels the same, but adding £100 to the usual Saturday price with a room which was extremely claustrophobic is not acceptable. Inside Hotel was very dark ('mood' lighting?) but simply added to the feeling you were more in a prison ship than a (very expensive) hotel.

I was so worried about...

Liked: Modern and clean , great location . Staff very friendly and helpful . While waiting for our train we had a coffee at hotel and overheard a staff member give directions to another guest she did this with ease and such knowledge .
Disliked: The elevated price because of concert
