Cheap, cheerful, convenient

Liked: incredible location for EICC. compact rooms, but clean and cheap
Disliked: Access to a free coffee from downstairs would have been nice.

Smallest room ever

Liked: Staff are lovely and hotel is in a great location
Disliked: Bedroom is described as 'cosy' but we couldn't walk round the double bed, the room was so small- it was the size of the bed ! Shower was a squeeze to get into. Overall room was one of the smallest I have ever seen.

Liked: Above average continental breakfast, but slightly overpriced.
Disliked: Lack of window, although I was aware of this when booking, I wouldn't book that type of room again.

Inflexible when unable to stay...

Liked: Did not stay.
Disliked: Could not stay due to severe weather. Hotel would not allow the booking to be changed.

Great short stay

Liked: The hotel was very clean and the bed was excellent. We only stayed 2 nights but it was worth it for our trip. It is 10-minute walk from the main tourist area but it wasn't a problem for us, we loved the morning walks
Disliked: The bathroom was small and the door was made of glass so it didn't feel very private when travelling with a friend.
