Liked: The staff make this hotel. Everyone was superfriendly, especially Hamza greeted everyone with a big smile at breakfast. What a way to start the day! The breakfast had a great selection despite looking small in the pantry. The bar is nice at night. The beds are high enough to store your suitcase underneath. Dove shampoo and bodywash in the shower. The location was unbeatable.
Disliked: The rooms were super small. One had to squeeze sideways past the bottom end of the bed and be careful not to rip the TV off the wall. The hotel could do with a green option for travelers who stay several nights, beyond "reuse your towels".

Liked: Chloe on reception was amazing! Went above and beyond to help us. Found this hotel after a terrible experience elsewhere and they couldn’t have been more accommodating. Was great location for getting to everywhere. Nice continental breakfast. Super friendly staff.
