Point 1 Resort & Motel

It was great. Check in was early enough that you could still enjoy the beach for a couple of hours and it was centrally located to other things to do without driving.

Liked: It was nice and clean and a short walk to beach. And the people at the front desk were very pleasant.
Disliked: The top shelf in the refrigerator froze the sodas.

Liked: The location is absolutely great! The reception by the staff was very good and attentive! The room was good, clean and tidy!
Disliked: Some minor signs of wear and tear and the bedding looked clean but smelled of sweat.

Point One is a decent...

Liked: I was not aware that there was breakfast offered. That is one thing that caused me to leave early. I rally did not see any place nearby that offered much in the way of breakfast before 8 AM. I'm an early riser. Perhaps it is still considered off season in Westerly. Not a huge issue though. The place seems like it would be quite interesting when in full swing.

Liked: Everything was clean comfortable and the internet was easy to use. One light bulb had burned out, but that is hardly a reason not to stay there. The room and the house are not the newest, but much more importantly, they are well maintained. If the price had been ca. 10 or 15% lower, it'd would have been a great bargain. Still the price was very fair.

Exceptional

Liked: I always stay at Point 1, when I go to Westerly Rhode Island. The staff is always friendly and nice.
Disliked: The only thing I didn't like was the room next door were fighting a good part of the night and pounding loudly. The couple kept us awake late hours.

Disliked: Not the hotel's fault Door Dash can't read room numbers...
