Exceptional

Liked: Excellent staff courtesy kindness and attentiveness.The views from the room were lovely, beautifully situated on the edge of Ely town. The room was stunning and my favourite feature was the free standing copper bath
Disliked: Parking was difficult when you have lots of baggage but the staff were very helpful and assisted wherever they could. We fully appreciated their support

Lovely overall experience would expect...

Liked: All food was exceptional. Location excellent. Staff were very attentive and general atmosphere was very good.
Disliked: No privacy screen in bedroom which was overlooking the courtyard. Mould in shower.
