Liked: We liked everything the location the satff the facilities especially the beds are 10/10 loved that we had a oven to cook a big fridge kind staff lovely people everywhere...can not say enough about this hotel its that great we have booked for December for a week....
Disliked: There's nothing we didn't like.

Liked: Location
Disliked: Heat pump was not effective. Hot water was so hot it would scold/burn you and fluctuated without warning. For example in the middle of the shower, it would go scorching hot. There was supposed to be room service is I stayed 3 nights, but this did not happen, so no coffee, sugar etc from day 2. The drain in the shower was partially blocked so you would be standing in pools of dirty water while trying to shower. Heat pump overflow was into the shower, There was minimal TV channels to choose from. Noise from the road and neighbors was high, could hear the neighbor snoring through the wall.

Security was compromised for me.

Liked: The hotel upgraded me to two beds.
Disliked: The door to the balcony did not lock. As it is broken it needs a chain to secure it for safety and security. No bathroom ammenities like shampoo.
