Disliked: Air con wasn't working, told Staff about it and they didn't do anything

Liked: Beds were clean and comfy,
Disliked: everything else was old and dated, shower door leaked rust in the shower

Disliked: Paying a bond even though I'm a regular stayer.

Disliked: Noisy neighbours. 2 lightbulbs out in room but fixed on day 2. Overpriced

Enjoyable, comfortable.

Liked: The hotel has been refurbished and was so much better than the last time we stayed there in 2015. Good to know as we have avoided booking here in the past. Will probably stay here more often in the future.
Disliked: Arrived late due to travelling and left early due to travel commitments. Didn't have time to enjoy the facilities.
