Mixed experience with sound.

Liked: It was busy with a lot of people coming and going but the rooms were quite soundproof.
Disliked: Could hear someone walking around in the room above, sounded like an elephant. If that had continued into the night we would not have been able to sleep.

Ok overall but the building...

Liked: Great breakfast, extremely fast service. Good location.
Disliked: The deadbolt on the first room I was given did not engage at all. Maintenance was no help so they swapped rooms for me. Same issue. Made a complaint to the main desk a second time and was shown 2 more rooms to be sure the deadbolt actually worked. The first one again did not. The last one they showed me actually functioned correctly and that’s where I ended up. They upgraded me to an executive suite at no extra charge which was very nice. That being said, the mattresses are at the end of their lives. It was cratered from body prints on both sides of the bed.

Disliked: tub was really small

Disliked: The receptionist told me my room was upgraded but when I got there, it was the one I booked. Only 2 options for breakfast
