Room was clean; hotel floor secure; price reasonable. Close to everywhere we were visiting, all in walking distance. Would definitely stay here again.

Liked: Cleanliness; security.
Disliked: TV remotes.

Good value

Liked: Staff friendly and easy check-in. They also stayed with our bags making it easier for us. Beds were comfortable.
Disliked: Facilities were a bit old and the sliding bathroom door didn’t close. Windows very dirty and room very small.

Very great place to stay

Liked: The environment was very clean , staff was amazing . It’s close to everything walking distance overall it was an nice area
Disliked: The rooms were small it’s like a box but it was cute and okay for quick stay . If you’re looking for big space it’s not giving that .

Good and central stay for...

Liked: Our stay was central to Times Square and less than a 10 min walk to the centre. The room was comfortable and all you would need for a short stay in New York. We had a gorgeous view of New York from our room on the 22nd floor, with an amazing sunset most nights. Bed was comfortable. Shower was good. New towels supplied every day was great.
Disliked: The staff at times were hit or miss, some very abrupt and didn’t have time for you. My friends and I had experienced the bar which was lovely, but at most times we had visited the bar staff were rude. We had asked for water and it was thrown at us in a rude manner, which the water was cloudy and undrinkable. However, the cocktails tasted very nice.

Liked: very central and clean, early check-in was possible and we were able to leave the luggage there for our last day
Disliked: remember when traveling with friends, the toilet is only a sliding door which doesn’t shut fully - you might want to know each other pretty well before staying here
