Not terrible, but you get...
Liked: This is very much a budget hotel, less nice than I was expecting based on the positive reviews. I doubt I would stay again, but if a budget hotel is what you are after, then I would say go for it. Staff was friendly, beds were fine, price was reasonable, and location is good. The nearby town is cute, and the bakery a block away is good.
Disliked: Cleanliness was just okay, especially in the first room (we stayed two separate nights, as it was a convenient stopping point between Newark airport and upstate NY). Temperature fluctuated a lot, with AC alternating between on (pretty cold, noisy) and off (pretty warm). No elevator, and normally I wouldn't care with only two floors, but we had a *lot* of stuff this trip.

Liked: It’s clean and comfortable. Excellent for the pricing
Disliked: The cell service and the satellite service is not that great. WiFi is not that great either

Liked: The location was fine and easy access to interstate 80 .
Disliked: My main complaint was that there was no restaurant,, advertised that there was ,,excuse was that a grill was down Heard many complaints from other customersDunkin' Donuts is not considered a restaurant to me .I believe this place to be 100% booked by the looks of the parking lot
