Liked: Everything was clean and the beds were comfortable. The staff was professional and very friendly.
Disliked: Too much noise comes through from the next room.

Liked: All dinning and stores was close.
Disliked: Desk chair was hard, no soap caddy for shower. Shower was damaged, no raised toilet seat. Shower water ran out of shower onto the bathroom floor. Dinning room was closed.

Liked: Good facility, clean and staff was very friendly!! The hot tub was nice and clean though. Breakfast was great with every choice under the sun!
Disliked: The pool was the only reason it wasn’t a 10; the pool was foggy and kind of weird. Was hoping for a clean and clear pool.

Not terrible, but you get...

Liked: This is very much a budget hotel, less nice than I was expecting based on the positive reviews. I doubt I would stay again, but if a budget hotel is what you are after, then I would say go for it. Staff was friendly, beds were fine, price was reasonable, and location is good. The nearby town is cute, and the bakery a block away is good.
Disliked: Cleanliness was just okay, especially in the first room (we stayed two separate nights, as it was a convenient stopping point between Newark airport and upstate NY). Temperature fluctuated a lot, with AC alternating between on (pretty cold, noisy) and off (pretty warm). No elevator, and normally I wouldn't care with only two floors, but we had a *lot* of stuff this trip.
