Disliked: Blocked toilet. Drug users. Not the fault of the hostel, but the guests were a mixed bag.

Liked: Clean and tidy place. Bed was okay
Disliked: Rooms on the street side are subjected to exceptionally loud noise from the passing cars and the Irish bar across the road. Some cars late into the night sounded like jet engines. Not ideal for sleeping.

I would stay there again!...

Liked: Location is great, staff is friendly.
Disliked: The bathroom was clean but had a smell. The a/c could only be turned on by staff, but than we could not alter it or turn it off. It was supernoisy

Exceptional

A good place to stay

Liked: This is our second time staying here in Florence. It is a large busy hostel mainly full of young people, the pool is smallish, lovely and refreshing and the area around has plenty of space to sit on loungers or beanbags, the bar upstairs has great views. Our room for 3 people was perfect in size this time but last time it was tiny. It’s close to the train station and major attractions.
Disliked: More than one pillow please!

Liked: Great location- short walk from station. Clean comfy room. Pool an added bonus. Surprisingly quiet for a youth hostel, despite the roof top bar karaoke on our first night. Slept well.
