Stay away or risk catching...

Liked: Absolutely nothing. The entrance was the only clean area
Disliked: The elevators were both broken!!! The free breakfast was disgusting and not refilled at all. Basically white bread, white bagels , empty cream cheese, gross cereal and pancakes u can kind of warm up but are completely hoarded with every person staying to wait for 10 pancakes to cook each.. nothing was being refilled at all... The pull out couch has MOLD!!! They had to switch my room, next room had hair on the blankets, a bottle of someone else's lotion under the bed, a broken TV and a very very gross feeling rug .. the hallways were very dingy dirty with old humid damp stink to it ... I felt like I was going to catch something staying there. I was there for 4 days and they had only 1 elevator on a fully booked hotel with very very long wait times to get on it. The last day when we were loading the second elevator broke! We had to take all of our belongings of a family of 5 down to our car via stairs. Just awful and although front desk did switch my room 1 x to another disgusting room I really wish I had just never come to this hotel. i will be making a formal review just to remind myself to never book here again

Liked: The rooftop bar with Hilda , made us very welcome . Nothing too much trouble
Disliked: Breakfast very hit and miss . Staff rude and unhelpful in the breakfast room . Reception staff also very helpful .
