Liked: Location is amazing . Roof top pool was great. Hilda that works up there was so friendly .
Disliked: We had problems with the key cards everyday we were there. Front desk staff very argumentative .. The chain on the toilet flusher kept breaking. Bath tap was dripping constantly and was never fixed when we asked. Air con7unit was noisy. Also it is self catering but there's nothing in room when you arrive . You have to ask for a pack from the front desk which was poor enough.

Disliked: Breakfast was horrible, good luck if you are diabetic, mattress was too hard, key card didn’t work, tv was old, carpet was dirty brown color. Ac didn’t work well, we were sweating in bed. I felt scammed

Hotel is not as advertised

Liked: The free parking, the spacious room and having a kitchen sink
Disliked: Poor free breakfast food selection. The free buffet didn’t have any hot foods at all, it was only bread, little pancakes, and bad coffee. Also, the beds were very uncomfortable, and the pillows were old and flat. It’s advertised as a nice hotel with good ratings, but the hotel is nothing comfortable, staff is not helpful, and they offer bad breakfast. Don’t book here.

Disliked: the breakfast wasn't that great. only had bananas one day after that no. the smells from the hallways was the worst. I was on the 4th floor n our family on the 8th. same smell. also I was late checking in like 930. flight delayed. yet leaving today same thing. asked can I stay till 2. they said yes but I would have ro pay. why when I arrived late I never got a refund for the 5 hours I missed. I will never do Ramada again.

Liked: Breakfast is a little limited, but not bad. We loved how clean the room and overall hotel was. Staff very friendly, the pool is nice and the lobby smells so good!!
Disliked: Breakfast is a little bit limited. Not many options, no eggs at all.

Staff is great! Accommodations were...

Liked: The staff was really nice, they were courteous, respectful and really tried to be as accommodating as possible. The ladies at the front desk always had a smile and really tried to do as much as they could to make us comfortable.
Disliked: The first room we were placed in was a handicap room so the beds were really small. We were moved to another room, room 717. The mini fridge was making a really loud noise. But there was nothing they could do. The bathroom was not cleaned properly and was in a bit of disrepair. But the worst thing was the air conditioner, everytime it came on it made this loud banging noise. When we realized this would be an issue, we had already settled into the room and we had already moved rooms once (we were told this was the only other room available). I personally did not sleep well because of the banging noises coming from the air conditioner.
