Liked: The hotel is a fantastic respite from the every day
Disliked: Difficult in figuring out daily credit is daily resort fee, needs to be easier. I get the idea of wanting customers to experience all the amenities and crediting towards that, its just got to be easier, let's discuss

Exceptional

Liked: Literally everything. I didn’t know what to expect when I first booked, but everything was perfect. I loved how there is quite a bit to do all in one spot. Makes for a great weekend getaway

Liked: The beds are so comfortable. The rooms are spacious and they have lots of what we needed. iron, ironing board, water, coffee etc, The pool is amazing. 'this is the second time I've stayed at this hotel because it was so nice the first time when I had to come back to the area I didn't even look at any other hotels. ALL of the employees are so friendly, and helpful. Especially the bellman. We had to change rooms and Jorge went above and beyond helping three messy, over packed women move mid trip. Raoul deserves a big fat raise. He was the best! George I think was the name of the other bellman that was so helpful. All of the valet attendants were fast and friendly each time they had to bring my car around, which was lot since we were on a wedding planning trip so had lots to accomplish on this trip.
Disliked: I had requested and really needed a handicap accessible room and I made this clear when I booked and during the trip. They never were able to get us in one, even when one of them admitted they were only at 20% capacity. This hotel needs more rooms with rails in the shower and by the toilet. They promised me a shower chair which never materialized. The food is just ok.

Liked: Great property and location!
Disliked: Part of the staff it’s good but others seem to be untrained for customer service: They didn’t clean my room because I was inside when they knocked at 8:30 am. So I missed it! And that was their explanation at front desk! Unbelievable!
