Great location to downtown

Liked: Walking distance to downtown was great. Very clean. Updated. Spacious.
Disliked: Got the garden view but couldn't enjoy the balcony because every night of my stay was a late event being held in the garden.

Liked: even though it’s in the middle of all the construction once you enter the property its truly an oasis. I was there for three days and I didn’t even want to leave the property. so I ate all my meals there, and enjoyed the beautiful pool. Michael and the other grounds staff do an amazingjob of making everything so beautiful; the pool, the plants and flowers, the lights hanging from the trees. Gabriella at the front desk, always had a smile on her face even though Im sure she was tired of me needing yet another key. Ivan at the bar at night, so nice to talk to when I was traveling alone, and just wanted to chat and have a glass of wine. Daniel also was an excellent waiter and made me a great cappuccino several times. He also made my dog, Jean Louise, trip happier (thereby mine too) on the first day he gave her a little basketball that she absolutely loved!!! It saved my life. I would take her to the big open yard there on the property behind the spa and she would chase that ball as long as I would throw it. The pool bartender that looks like Pitbull looked after me and some friends that joined me one day at the pool. He made sure we didn’t go thirsty!
Disliked: the handicap accessible room was still a little lacking. the bars in tub aren’t placed well for entering and exiting. it would be nice if the rooms had a microwave. eating cold leftovers was not pleasant.
