Beautiful hotel, great location! We...

Liked: First time to Reno and getting to the hotel is a little tricky. Finding the lobby and where to park your car is a bit of a challenge. Once we understood the process, it was great! The hotel is old world beautiful! Our room was large with a partial view of the downtown. We were in walking distance of everything. Room was clean and the bed was comfy!
Disliked: Trying to find the lobby entrance.

Disliked: The noise from the street can be heard inside the room.

The Plaza for the middle...

Liked: Big beautiful room.
Disliked: Being woken at 2 am every night for fighting at the bar across the street. It was entertaining but still. Being woken up with people yelling and fighting. Had me worried a gun would get pulled out and where is the bullets going to go. For it being so nice it could use modern USB plugs for charging phones.
