Old and badly needs to...
Liked: Room was clean. Sofa bed was set up. Thank you.Location is great.
Disliked: The beds were too old and sunken. Had a sore back from the 2 nights.The extractor fan made a loud noise that even shook the glass in the shower. Engineering tried to fix it the next day. In the evening, when we were about to sleep, the noise came back. The hotel needs a revamp....badly.

Superb
Liked: Being next to the main railway station makes getting around the city very easy. The room appeared recently renovated and was excellent value for money.
Disliked: Not a reflection on the hotel but some may be put off by the locality (personally I like railway stations !). We used the garage and not having a direct link to the hotel wasn't ideal, having said that having parking in a city centre was a bonus !

Liked: Overall Stay: 10/10 | Cleanliness: 10/10 | Location: 10/10 | Front Desk: 1/10I booked this hotel for my sister’s first visit to Bremen. The hotel itself is excellent—clean, comfortable, and in a great location. We truly appreciated these aspects.
Disliked: However, our experience with the front desk was disappointing. I had requested early check-in in advance, understanding there might be an extra charge if the room was ready. This seemed reasonable and was confirmed by the hotel.Unfortunately, when my sister arrived, the front desk staff member (I prefer not to name him here) was extremely rude and unhelpful. He abruptly dismissed the early check-in request and spoke to my sister in a way that left her feeling shocked and uncomfortable. When I called to clarify, he was unwilling to listen and, at one point, even handed the phone away mid-conversation.Thankfully, another staff member (a lady at the front desk) was very polite and reassured us that my sister would be accommodated as soon as the room was ready, which is all we were hoping for. She handled the situation with professionalism and care.I understand that early check-in is subject to availability, and we were not demanding—just asking politely. What was disappointing was the lack of courtesy and the unnecessarily harsh response from the first staff member. Guests should never feel intimidated or unwelcome for making a reasonable request.I hope the hotel will address this issue to ensure all guests are treated with respect. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel for its cleanliness and location.
