Comfortable hotel, but location was...

Liked: Breakfast was very good - plenty of choices, lots of space in a luminous and airy room, fresh food. Room was big, modern, quiet. Personnel was helpful and friendly.
Disliked: Not the hotel's fault, but the location was not the best: it's in front of the train station, which is a beautiful building, but as all central train stations in big cities it attracts a crowd of "weird" individuals. Let's say we did not felt safe outside of the building, particularly at night. Parking is expensive and quite difficult (car elevator)

Liked: The hotel is 4-5 minutes walk away from Bremen Central Station. The room was quite clean.
Disliked: When I checked in, I asked a receptionist how much is breakfast in the hotel. She said it was included in the price. When I checked out another receptionist charged me 19€. Which means one of the receptionists provided me with misleading information. I don’t appreciate that.
