Great place, amazing staff, great...

Liked: A great hotel at the center of Bremen. You can walk anywhere from here or you can take the train. A lot of stores and a lot of restaurants. Easy to get hold of breakfast if you don't have It at the hotel.unfortunately our air conditioning did not work ok, so it was hot. BUT the hotel compensated us with that and the staff at the hotel was great. So nice and so willing to help. The rooms was otherwise great! great with room for storing package, a fridge, plates and cutlery. Great beds. We loved it here and really like to come back!
Disliked: The air conditioning did not work, but we got compensated! so all good!! If the hotel had a spare room, we had change the room, but they were fully booked. So they (the staff) really tried to help us.. The parking could have been better, our car did not fit in the elevator to the garage. But we could park in a public garage a few minutes from the hotel. So we unloaded our bags on the backside of the hotel and then we parked in the public garage. And it's just not the end of the world. we did not got bothered by this.

Unaccommodating staff and cigarette-smelling rooms

Liked: Big room
Disliked: Wasn't allowed to put my clean 10 000 EUR bike in the room even though there was a very big room. Was offered to put it in the garage, did not feel safe! Tried to ask the guy at the reception if their insurance would cover if it got lost - but no, it was on my own risk. The room smelled like cigarettes.

Good hotel, bad location

Liked: The room was clean, modern and spacious. The neds were very comfortable.
Disliked: Location, if you have never been to Bremen you might get shocked on your arrival. Breakfast was basic. The room was hot but we had to close windows at night as it was very noisy outside.

Great location, spacious room, helpful...

Liked: The bed was enormous! The room was lovely and cool. The reception staff were nice. The location was mega convenient for the station, but quiet.
Disliked: There was some difficulty with paying by card for our stay. It was resolved patiently by the lady on the desk but we think the problem was a temporary blip with the hotel's payment system, not with our cards.

Not ideal if travelling with...

Liked: Good breakfast, but very basic hotel. Rooms very ordinary. It says prestige but there is nothing prestigious about this hotel.
Disliked: Unfortunately it is not a very nice area and there were a lot of unsavoury characters around and wondering in the hotel who definitely weren’t paying guests. Our daughter didn’t feel particularly safe.
