Excellent.

Liked: Everything. The style, the cleanliness, the comfort, and last but not least, the service was top tier.
Disliked: Nothing.

Everything was awsome

Liked: The staff was really professional and friendly. The rooms were clean and cozy. I feel like we got a really good deal with this place, breakfast was good, the rooms view from the window was awesome. The fact that we got also free parking was amazing.
Disliked: Although the parking was for free and private, it was somewhat difficult to get the car down there as it was really small and narrow

Liked: The room is outdated but super clean and quite huge, having a free parking garage under hotel is a plus. Tram is very close and easy to travel anywhere.
Disliked: I dont like and i dont see any efficiency of The bathroom and the toilet is sepatate.

Perfect stay in Prague.

Liked: Everything was great! The breakfast was super delicious and there were many options to choose. Receptionists were really friendly and kind. The hotel values people and customers are their priority. Room was quite big and enough AC was cooling perfectly. The bed and pillows are the best we have ever slept. There was a big bottle of water, capsule coffee machine with 2 capsules for customers as the compliments of the house. The location is great as right in front of the hotel there is a direct tram line to the city center. Hotel staff explained everything we need to know and they even prepared instructions sheet about the city for customers. They gave us a voucher for the next stay and little magnets!! Thank you very much for everyting.
Disliked: Leaving the hotel was the worse part of our stay... Everything was perfect thank you so much, we will be back for sure.

Superb

Liked: The hotel is located in a fairly quiet area; although the windows face the street, there was no noise. There are many restaurants and mini-markets nearby, and the tram station is very close, making it easy to reach the main attractions quickly. The breakfast was very good and varied. The staff at the reception and in the restaurant were very friendly.
Disliked: Access to the underground parking is very narrow, and maneuvers are required on the steep slope to avoid scratching the car.
