Perfect place to stay in...

Liked: This was my second stay at this hotel, and I will definitely choose it again when visiting Prague. The room was very clean, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the breakfasts were amazing (they even offered ice cream, which was perfect for the hot summer days). The location is also excellent – still close to the city center with good public transport connections (metro, trams), yet not as crowded as the very center, which for me is the ideal option.

Great hotel would definitely stay...

Liked: Staff, restaurant, room very quiet and comfortable beds.
Disliked: Location is a bit far out of the town but Bolts , trans, bus all really cheap and accessible.

Liked: The food at the restaurant was really good, the dinner was delicious. Breakfast was also good. All staff who I've met, they're friendly and service minded. My choice of this hotel was mainly because it's closed to my office.
Disliked: Have made a booking of a twin bed room, then got a double bed room. Understand my booking is for 1 person, if I paid for a room per night, then I should get the room type as per my booking. The hotel cannot say that I have no choice of which type of room because I'm single. Don't know if this a general rule at booking.com or up to each hotel? When staff printed out my booking info, the word "twin bed" wasn't there any more, I consider booking.com has part of the responsibility here.Secondly, the cleaning was really lousy, body's hair in the shower cabin, long hair on pillow, dry chocolate stain on sitting chair. Should have a better control of the cleaning routine and after control.
