Liked: Everything was excellent from the start to the very end! ❤️The staff is really friendly and helpful (at the reception and also the breakfast staff).We arrived earlier, but they let us to leave our car in a bigger parking space (which we asked for in the reservation), which was really good because we could already start to explore the city, and late night check-in wasn't a problem.We received a bottle of red wine, a little voucher to the restaurant, and a visitor card with discounts on a couple of sights.The breakfast was always very nice with a huge variety❤️The room was very nice and comfortable for 2 people, and it was always very clean.The whole hotel is beautiful, and it is located in a good place. It isn't in the middle of the city centre, but not so far from there, and the tram stop is just in a few minutes walk.After the check-out we received a voucher for the next time and a magnet for gift, and they also let us to leave our car there for a couple of hours.Thank you so much for the kindness and to make our time in Prague very pleasant, I'm really grateful and I would definitely recommend it! ❤️
