This four-star hotel is located to the north of central Puebla in the Zona Capu. It has a large indoor pool small spa and a gym and the rooms have free Wi-Fi. All of the spacious rooms in Hotel Plaza Poblana have tiled floors and wrought-iron furniture. They have cable TV and good-sized private bathrooms. Available at an extra cost the spa has a sauna and steam bath and massage service. Guests can also relax on sun loungers around the pool. Very poor

Disliked: We booked our stay while driving to stay one night, I sent a message informing them we would not arrive until 230 am due to traffic and long drive. When we arrived at 230am the hotel staff would not honor our booking.com price and charged almost triple. We had no towels. The rooms smelled bad. The beds were uncomfortable.

Liked: staff were good , there weren't too many people, it's right opposite Puebla main bus terminal,
Disliked: the room was smaller than appeared on photos , and there were two single beds instead of a double.

Liked: Helpful, professional staff, welcoming attitude. Very clean, good WiFi, hot water.Nice outdoor seating. Colorful interior art works.Recommend, especially if you need easy access to the bus terminal.

Liked: It's ok, not a 4 star like ad says but decent. Also parking is extra and so is breakfast, unlike other similar places. Close to bus terminal

Liked: Close to bus transit
Disliked: Uber will not pick you up in front of hotel, you have to walk to the gas station

Superb

Liked: Very good value and facilities. The room now included air conditioning which was not available in the past. I chose it for it's proximity to bus
Disliked: Not many points of interest to visit nearby.

Liked: Directly opposite to ADO bus stationThere was free coffee and water in the room Room has aircon but the aircon can just cool, not heat!The price and what you get is absolutely a no brainer. It is just not a place where you probably want to stay more than 2 days
Disliked: Overall the rooms are a bit oldSomeone smoked below my window and the room started to smell bad.There was a lot of light coming in from the window as the curtain was not sealing out light.
