Disliked: Bulb out in light; room not clean and curtains would not close. Toilet didn't flush properly; shower and tap were just trickling, due to zero water pressure. Shoddy decorating and dated furniture and also couldn't get any WIFI. Went down for breakfast and it was just loaves of bread and a toaster and raw peppers and cucumber(?) and uncovered bowls of cereal. I just left the hotel with no shower and no breakfast - I was very disappointed and feel the price charged was a total rip off. I don't know how I managed to bite my tongue and not say anything, as I want my money back. I would never stay here again and definitely not recommend this place to anyone. I paid £123.00 for one night here and feel ripped off. Plaza London is somewhere Ricky Gervais should send Karl Pilkington to.

For £100 you can’t go...

Liked: Cheap for London. Got what I paid for and very clean
Disliked: On top floor so a lot of stairs. Would be a problem for the older generation. Chair on balcony collapsed but staff very concerned and genuine when they said they didn’t realise and replaced it straight away

Liked: Bathroom was clean
Disliked: Rooms don’t have a bathroom within, this is misleading when booking.Pillows are hard as rock,Air con made noises all night even when switched off. This kept us up all night! No window in the room.Sounded like the room above was been cleaned or something going on at 6am that also kept us awake further.
