Disappointing

Liked: The suite was spacious and the pool was nice.
Disliked: Very dirty room. Pillow cases and towels were not changed. Hair and dirt everywhere. We scrubbed the place down with disinfectants and bleach and was able to try and enjoy the rest of our stay.

Disliked: The hotel staff that checked me in was extremely rude. I am traveling on business and she treated me like I was some sort of criminal.

Liked: The jacuzzi tub even though it was dirty
Disliked: Location, clientele, cleanliness, layout, pool not available, poor locking mechanism on sliding glass doors, people smoking in the building, toilet in a “closet”, no coffee maker, ice machine broken

Liked: When I checked in the staff member of Plaza Inn informed me that I needed to pay a $50 deposit I didn't have any money ) I started crying bc I was tired I just got off work. The Women at the front desk said sge would hold onto my I D until I checked out . I started crying even more bc I lost my home, and feel lost . Its hard working when your homeless
