Plaza Hotel

I enjoyed every moment; a nice experience for me, my first time in a hotel overnight; the stay was fantastic; the people were pleasant.

Liked: Nice bedroom; relaxing; nice people; nice breakfast; polite people.
Disliked: All was good.

Superb

Liked: The location. I like the fridge and freezer too
Disliked: The bathroom smell / drains. It would be good to have a teaspoon to stir my coffee / tea. And to have more than half of a toilet roll in the bathroom when I arrive.

It was honestly overall good,...

Liked: It was central London.. so sirens all hours of the day and night, I didn't feel super unsafe walking alone as a woman there but I'd never let my kid walk around alone.
Disliked: The entrance door to our room was constantly opened during the night, and it made a loud noise everytime, and we could hear people talking and laughing next to our room - I couldn't tell if they were above us or next to us but they were loud.

Liked: Location, ease of checkin. Bedding was clean. Shampoo provided (just a small amount)
Disliked: Rooms very dated, only superficially clean, shower variable and overflowed within 2 minutes

Disappointing

Disliked: There were four of us and we had to sleep on two double beds, which were not wide enough for two people, so it was a bit difficult to sleep. There was no wardrobe or shelf in the room to store things. For the price, however, the accommodation met expectations, so it was good for a night's sleep :)

Disliked: Dirty room fridge old food left from last guest. Cups half washed tea stains around rimm bathroom old cabinet damaged an shower tray old an needed clean or replaced . Bed full of small bed bugs
