Rude reception staff

Liked: The location was good. There were lots of eateries nearby.
Disliked: The automated check in procedure was not working well. The staff were totally rude and extremely unhelpful when we called them for checking in. We had to wait for nearly 45 minutes to get the problem solved while we spent all the time talking to the rude staff lady.

Hotel in very good central...

Liked: The hotel was located in the centre, 5 minutes to train and bus station. The standard room was large enough with a good size bathroom. If you want a quiet room stay on the shopping area side and not the road side. We had breakfast most mornings at 20 francs each. The breakfast room is small, but had cooked breakfast, pastries, fruit, cerials, cold meats and cheeses, so was a good variety. The staff are very friendly.
Disliked: It was very hot and there is no air conditioning in the hotel. They do supply a fan in the room, which did make it bearable. The breakfast room is also hot, as it is in the attic.

Liked: La propreté et le calme , et pouvoir arrivée à toutes heure pour le check in .
Disliked: La femme de l'accueil la chinoise !!! The check in went well, the next day I forgot my watch in the bathroom my wife called to let me know that I would come back to pick it up between 1 p.m. and 2 p.m. I came by at 3 p.m. and the receptionist told me my colleague took your watch he is at home with it so I had to go 20km from the hotel to pick up my watch because otherwise I have to wait until 8 p.m. who comes back to take his post, don't leave anything lying around because they will steal your things without shame!!! Moreover I was insulted as an Arab even though I am Asian like her yes madam I am PAKISTANI! Take staff who respect the customer and who do not judge them on their origin or skin color!!! In 2025 having racism is very serious!!! Clean hotel but I am disappointed with the behavior of your staff I will also contact booking I ask to be reimbursed for having been insulted and having to travel 20km to recover my watch which should not have left the hotel since it was in my room this is theft!!!
